Pint of Science - Physics of a Pint, Bubbles in Beer and Beyond

Pint of Science is an annual worldwide science festival which brings researchers to your local pub/cafe/space to share their scientific discoveries with you - no prior knowledge required.

One of the places you will likely encounter bubbles is in a drink. This talk will discuss why bubbles matter in your beer and how they are formed. It will also describe cutting edge research into strengthening metals using bubbles.
