� New Venue Announcement – Mellow Mondays Sound Bath �
As we move deeper into autumn, it feels like the perfect time to introduce something new. I’m so excited to share that I’ll now be holding a monthly Monday sound bath at Southfleet Village Hall. These evenings are a chance to slow down, release, and nourish your inner self as the seasons shift. ��
Our first gathering will be on Monday 20th October 2025, where you’ll experience the soothing vibrations of both Crystal and Tibetan bowls.
