Good evening GVLL families,
As the 2025 Little League Season has come to an end, we have one final task that the GVLL board needs your help with. This final task is our closing Field Work Day.
This event will be Sunday, July 27th, @ 1:00 p.m., at Condon Park. We have several items that need to be completed to prepare the park for the end of the season. Those items are listed below, but not limited to:
Items for field work day are:
Take down batters eyes on both fields
Take down shade structure junior field--need to recruit a ladder
Take down the shade covers on the majors dugouts.
Take down the 50/70 player flags--need to recruit a ladder
Clean out both score booths.
Move electronics from junior booth to the locked cabinet in the majors both
Remove all keys from the lock boxes
Change all locks
Clean out/wash out trash cans in the women's restroom by snack shack.
Fix the uniform shed door, lock and door frame.
Fix the lock on the snack shack back door
Help clean out the snack shack, etc.....
Fold banners and put away
Put new caps on the holes for the banner poles.
