Celtic Music on Mill

The KVMR Celtic Festival Session Stage presents "Celtic Music on Mill" on Friday, May 2 from 12:00 noon - 2:00 PM.

Celtic musicians from all over northern California are converging on Grass Valley for the KVMR Celtic Festival - and many are coming early to participate in this fun and free event.

Led by local players at the National Hotel in Nevada City and the Holbrooke Hotel in Grass Valley, there will be small groups playing from end to end on the Mill Street Plaza in Historic Downtown Grass Valley.

People playing fiddles, harps, guitars, banjos, flutes, whistles, drums and more will gather to play and sing while Celtic Festival volunteers hand out leaflets "for locals" that can be used at the gate to get a discount to the Festival!

This free, open to everyone event is sponsored by The Grass Valley Downtown Association, The National Exchange Hotel, The Holbrooke Hotel, KVMR Community Broadcasting and KVMR Celtic Festival.
