Samuel Rickords a journeyman in DFW's Wine business, founded a Dallas based Wine Distributor to curate unique specialty wines for fine dining rooms and wine shops, from small talented producers primarily in Napa, Sonoma & Columbia Valley in Washington. This will be an All Red, All Cabernet Sauvignon selection thats guaranteed to tint your teeth, for a little while at least!
These amazing Wineries are featured in tonight's line up:
> Cloisonné, Napa County - Takes advantage of 30 year relationship with Napa vineyards
> Tome, Red Stake - sourced from Wahluke Slope + Red Mountain AVA's in Washington State
> Burt Street Cellars - Santa Rosa, Sonoma produces single vineyard wines from Herman Vineyard
> Scarlett Wines - McGah family's 4th gen Rutherford, heart of Napa Valley, ultra premium wines
> Weatherstation - Line of wines produced by Arbor Crest Winerym fruit from Conner Lee Vineyard
> Pine Mountain ~ high altitude vineyard Cloverdale Peak AVA, cooler, longer season, rich dense fruit
These are the Cabernet's that enjoy being decanted before being consumed, big, bold and as a result of their fruit sources a delicious variation of terroir to compare in one tasting. Sam's select collection are not widely seen on lists or larger volume stores, delicious to enjoy and you'll be proud to gift any of them once you know them!
