An opportunity to look at the history and development of the Rum Trade the variances in production from Sugar cane wine to processed sugar and how it is a spirit that now many enjoy neat rather than in the iced fruity cocktails that we associate with Beaches Parties & Steel Drum music!

Taking the same approach as whiskey modern rums are finely balanced cask matured and many time are blended to achieve consistency for the producers style approachable pricing and deliciously rich flavors.
