Harry Potter Fan Meet Up and Cosplay Celebration

Calling all Wizards, and Muggles too! Show us your best Harry Potter-inspired costume for an opportunity to win tickets to FAN Expo Dallas!

Join us on Thursday, May 22, at our flagship store in Grapevine at 6 pm as we will host a red carpet event in advance of the 2025 FAN EXPO Dallas! Come in your favourite costume from any of the Harry Potter films, including spinoffs like the Fantastic Beasts films.

Categories judged will be:
• Best Individual
• Best Group
• Most Creative
• BEST IN SHOW

Prizes will include British Emporium exclusive gift items, Tickets to FAN EXPO Dallas, and more.

There will be a variety of wizardly entertainment. You can sample some butterbeer. Our vintage British Store is the next best thing to Honeydukes!

Our neighbors will also be open that evening. Check out the Grapevine Escape Room’s new wizard-themed adventure. You’ll need to know how to break all the spells to find your way out. Looking to grab a bite for dinner? Both Sauce’d Pizza & Smashburgers and LA Burger will be open till 9 pm.
