Flexi-Verse: Yoga Trek

Explore The Real Unreal like never before, a new path with each trek. Join us for an illuminated yoga experience inside Meow Wolf Grapevine!

Embark on a journey of empowering the mind, exercising the body, while awakening the spirit with this guided trek through The Real Unreal. Engage in mindful activations, practice Yoga stretches, poses, & breathing exercises within the exhibit, then enjoy a 30 min group yoga session in Neon Kingdom.

Follow your guide with a small group of travelers, interact with yoga Instructors Emily and Ruby from Movement Gyms along the path. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, this session meets you where you are and invites you to open your mind in a mind-blowing art exhibit.
