Bonnie Jones, a Certified Sound Healing Artist, will be here to tell us a little about sound healing and its benefits before conducting a sound bath with her quartz crystal singing bowls to soothe our nervous systems. "What’s a sound bath", you say? It’s a session where participants are immersed in the sounds and vibrations of specialized instruments. During the session, you will lie down comfortably as the sounds wash over you, quieting the mind and promoting healing from the inside out. This is a one hour session. We have a limited number of yoga mats for use, so please bring yours if you have one along with a pillow, blanket, and eye mask - anything you need to feel cozy. Wear comfortable clothes and kick off your shoes - all you have to do is be open to receive the good vibes!
