April SnapShot Meeting Featuring the "Old Country Stores of Pamlico County".

April 28, 2025 is our bi-monthly SnapShot Meeting featuring "The Old Country Stores of Pamlico County".

Every community in Pamlico County had one or more country stores that were vital gathering places for information, supplies and social interaction. Now they are all gone with few reminders they ever existed.

Join the Historical Association as we remember those places, times, and communities with several speakers prepared to share their memories. We invite you to come and remember with us, and perhaps share your memories of a country store.

If you have pictures, please bring them to share. We would love to digitally copy your pictures and create a display in the museum featuring the stores that once existed here.
