Join us for an evening where the art of winemaking meets the elegance of fine dining.

This is more than a monthly dinner—it’s a celebration of the minds and hands that shape every bottle. From the science of soil and climate to the artistry of blending and aging, our featured winemakers, vineyard stewards, and crafters transform nature into nuance, chemistry into character, and grapes into unforgettable expressions of place.

This month we are showcasing Wanderlust Vineyards! While Jake and Jenny participate in everything from planting to harvest to bottling, this dinner will surely express the passion they have for Rhône varietals, and their land in the Applegate Valley.

Each course of the evening will be thoughtfully paired with wines that reflect not just the land, but the innovation, dedication, and intuition of those who cultivate it.
