Community Yoga Class

Community yoga is for everyone—whether you’re brand new to yoga or an experienced practitioner looking for a more affordable, less formal practice. The emphasis in community yoga is on creating a warm, non-judgmental environment where everyone can practice. The core idea is to foster a sense of belonging, shared experience, and acceptance. Our community yoga classes are designed to be less formal and more relaxed, focusing on the joy of movement and mindfulness rather than achieving perfect postures.
This class incorporates mindfulness techniques, such as breath awareness (pranayama), meditation, or simple grounding exercises. The focus is on relaxation and present-moment awareness which can help reduce stress and promote overall well-being. This class is $10.
