Learn the secrets of Indian cookery with Jas

Jas will do a demonstration giving lots of tips on 2 authentic Indian dishes plus a rice.

Small group - Allow 2½hours.

During the demonstration Jas will share his vast knowledge about Indian home cooking including an explanation of spices, spice preparation, cooking techniques and many hints & tips that you will be able to recreate yourself! (Recipe sheets provided).
