Priority Pups Party

Grant Area District Library will be holding a special Storytime program on Monday August 4th, from 10-11AM!

We will be welcoming Priority Health and Canines For Change to bring patrons a Priority Pups Party! 💚 💜

Priority Health has published a book about embracing and managing big emotions and this program will include a read of the story as well as a craft and a snack. Participating children will also get a copy of the book and an opportunity to visit with one of the Canines For Change pups.

Canines For Change is a non-profit in Michigan that provides training to canines who will eventually become skilled companion dogs to both children and adults with special needs.

While all children are welcome to register, the book and also the craft are geared to those about 4 years to 8 years old.

As Priority Health will be providing books, a snack, and a craft, this is a program you will need to register for ahead of time and space is limited to 20 participants. Families with multiple children will need to register each child, no grouping together of siblings.
