Chef Mat Meyer is more than a culinary artist—he’s a testament to resilience passion and the power of food to transform lives. As the owner and founder of Ansley Table an award-winning fine dining company Mat has built a reputation for crafting unforgettable farm-to-table experiences that go beyond the plate.

His journey was anything but conventional. Once facing homelessness he worked relentlessly to build a career in the culinary world turning his love for food into both a creative outlet and a bridge for human connection. Today he leads one of Arizona’s premier private dining and catering companies while giving back to the community that once supported him. Serving on the board of a housing organization that helped him in his hardest moments Mat now advocates for others facing similar challenges.

For Dine on the Land Mat’s philosophy of food as connection will come alive as he transforms just-harvested ingredients into an extraordinary open-fire feast. Guests will not only taste his expertise but experience the heart behind every dish—where every bite tells a story of resilience generosity and the beauty of gathering around the table.
