Yoga w/ Sydonia

Join us at The YES! House for yoga class with Sydonia from 6 – 7 PM!

During this class we will be practicing Yin Yoga - gentle and restorative yoga flow for deep relaxation. You are not working the muscles hard in this flow, it’s all about engaging and stretching your fascia (inner tissues). You are holding less poses for a longer duration to release tension and stretch deeply. Suitable for all ages.

Mats and blocks are available, but you are welcome to bring your own!

Suggested donation for the class is $5-$10 and will go directly to the instructor.

Sydonia started her yoga journey a few years ago to find balance and harmony in her life. She completed her YTT in Bali in 2022 and is excited to continue her journey with yoga and teach others what she has learned so far!
