Vinyasa Yoga w/ Sydonia

Join us at The YES! House for yoga class with Sydonia from 6-7 PM!

During this class we will be practicing Vinyasa flow - “yoga practice that synchronizes breath with movement. Suitable for all levels, this class is designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance while encouraging mindfulness and connecting mind & body.”

Mats and blocks are available, but you are welcome to bring your own! Suggested donation for the class is $5-$10 and will go directly to the instructor.

Sydonia will be hosting a yoga class every 2 weeks at The YES! House until September 23rd!

Sydonia started her yoga journey a few years ago to find balance and harmony in her life. She completed her YTT in Bali in 2022 and is excited to continue her journey with yoga and teach others what she has learned so far!
