Chair exercises πͺ
are gentle classes, tailored to people's needs. I offer mix of Yoga (exercise practise from India) and Otago (strengthening and balance programme from New Zealand).
During those sessions you will have a chance to practice mudras π (hand positions), asanas π€Έ (stretches and strengtheners), relaxation π€, pranayama π¬οΈ (breathing techniques), balance exercises πΆand use the ankle weights π¦΅π₯³.
I always offer modification and alternative when I see it's required π.
Those sessions are done in seated position, with my guidance and close supervision π. However, for those more able there is also a standing version of exercises.
It could be challenging at times πͺ, but very rewarding afterwardsβΊοΈ.

This class takes place in Cowdenhill Community Centre (32 Bridgeness Rd, EH51 9NZ) at 6.00p.m.
Classes are also available at different locations across Falkirk, Bo'ness and Bonnybridge.
