Join us for a 3-part workshop designed to help you navigate and overcome burnout through mindfulness, reflection, and restorative movement. Each 90-minute session will guide you through:
• Grounding meditation to reconnect with your breath and body
• Reflective journaling prompts to explore emotional and mental fatigue
• A deeply restorative 45-minute yoga practice to release tension and create space for healing
This series is ideal for women looking to refill their cup, manage stress, and find calm in a supportive, nurturing space.

Meet Your Facilitator – Valarie James
Valerie James is the owner and lead therapist at Inner Fitness Counseling and Wellness, as well as the founder of VSJ Fitness Studio. As a licensed mental health therapist and a 200-hour registered yoga teacher, Valarie brings a trauma-informed, holistic approach to wellness that blends the power of movement, breath, and reflection.
She is passionate about helping women heal from burnout, reconnect with their inner strength, and build sustainable self-care practices. Through the Yoga for Inner Fitness series, Valarie creates space for intentional rest, emotional reset, and deep restoration—because healing starts from within.
