You are invited to join the Heartlinks spiritual care and grief support staff for an evening of heartfelt remembrance and celebration, honoring the lives of those who have passed away this year.
Wednesday, May 28
6 to 7 p.m.
Bethany Community Church (201 Birch Ave, Grandview)
Bring a photograph (framed or unframed) of the one you wish to remember, which you will take home with you. Heartlinks will provide opportunities for reflection, allowing all participants to remember and honor those who have left an indelible mark on their hearts. As part of the tribute, Heartlinks staff will read the names of each person who has passed away on its hospice care since January 1, 2025, in addition to the names of those whose loved ones are present.
The event is open to anyone who has lost a loved one at any time, whether or not they were served by Heartlinks. RSVP is not required. Attendees are encouraged to bring a friend or family member.
Can’t Attend? Light a Candle Online
Those unable to attend but still wish to honor a loved one who has passed can do so by lighting a candle on the Heartlinks website. Visit
