Outdoor Yoga: 6 week series or Drop-In

Join Kylie for 60 minutes of outdoor yoga this summer with an energizing Vinyasa-style flow. Take your practice beyond the studio and into the elements. Be challenged and inspired by the natural world—this is real flexibility.
This dynamic class links breath with movement, guiding you through continuous sequences that build strength, increase mobility, and boost mindfulness. Surrounded by fresh air and open skies, you’ll flow with intention, connect to your breath, and ground yourself in the moment.
Note on Babies:
This is not a designated Mom & Baby Yoga class. However, non-mobile babies are welcome to attend as your quiet plus one. Parents are solely responsible for the care of their child during class. We suggest bringing a blanket or carrier, and being weather-prepared.
Weather & Flexibility:
Awoke Wild classes may be canceled due to weather conditions such as rain, strong winds, or extreme heat. Students will be notified promptly (email, or text) and offered attendance in another class or alternative make-up opportunities.
What to Bring:
Your own yoga mat and blocks
Water bottle
Sunscreen/ bug spray/ Sunglasses or Hat
Arrival:
Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and prepare for class.
Location & Directions:
The class is held outdoors in the field adjacent to Hillside Community School, Grande Prairie, AB. Specifically, sessions take place on the south side of the field, near the trees, at the corner of 104 Avenue and 94th Street.
Parking:
You may park by the hockey rink adjacent to the school.
Street parking is also available nearby.
Pricing:
6-Class Series: $105 total ($17.50 per class)
Drop-In: $21 per class
All classes are final sale.
