Outdoor Yogalates - Drop in Dates: Mondays at 7:00PM (June 2nd, June 9th, June 16th, June 23rd, June 30th, July 7th)
Join Kylie for a 60-minutes of Yoga + Pilates aka Yogalates this summer outdoors. Enjoy a class that blends the breath and fluidity of yoga with the strength and dynamic movement of Pilates. Set to vibrant tunes and surrounded by nature, this class focuses on strengthening and lengthening your arms, legs, and core, helping you build on your practice without the pressure of peak poses. Embrace movement your way—this class is open to all levels. Best part? All while soaking up sunshine and fresh air.
Note on Babies:
This is not a designated Mom & Baby Yoga class. However, non-mobile babies are welcome to attend as your quiet plus one. Parents are solely responsible for the care of their child during class. We suggest bringing a blanket or carrier, and being weather-prepared.
Weather & Flexibility:
Awoke Wild classes may be moved to an alternate indoor location in the event of rain, strong winds, or extreme heat. All registered students will be notified by email with any updates.
What to Bring:
- Your own yoga mat and blocks
- Only weights will be provided for the first 26 people
- Water bottle
- Sunscreen/ bug spray/ Sunglasses or Hat
Arrival:
Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and prepare for class.
Location & Directions:
The class is held outdoors in the field adjacent to Hillside Community School, Grande Prairie, AB. Specifically, sessions take place on the south side of the field, near the trees, at the corner of 104 Avenue and 94th Street.
Drop-In: $21 per class
All classes are final sale.
