What is it?

This peaceful Hypnobirthing group session is designed to guide, expectant mamas through relaxation, breathing techniques and visualization to prepare for a calm and empowering birth experience. Learn the basics of Hypnobirthing while enjoying snacks & refreshments in the beautiful space.

This guided session will be focused on your actual birth and preparing your nervous system. We will be using the calming energy of the evening sunset sky to encourage a sense of tranquillity and connection to your baby. Our group hypnobirthing session will be focused on mindset for labour. This workshop is suitable for any stage of pregnancy. Whether it’s your first baby or your 5th baby, this workshop is for you!

Please bring:
A yoga mat
optional: a notebook, a cushion, blanket for extra comfort
