This event is for anyone (tatas or not) who is ready to shake off the weight of the world, breathe a little deeper, and unwind the tension we all carry.
Open to all genders, ages 16+, because stress, tight chests, and held breath are universal — and everyone deserves a little release!
This event is all about letting go of the tension you’ve been holding in your chest, reclaiming your breath, and reconnecting with your body.
What to Expect:
🌬️ Breathwork – Unwind the tightness in your chest and breathe life back into your body.
🧘♀️ Gentle Yoga & Somatic Movement – Loosen up those locked-in places where stress, worry, and “holding it all together” tend to settle.
🔮 Reiki, Tuning Fork Therapy & Blue Lotus Anointing – Personalized mini-tune-ups for each participant, including the use of Blue Lotus oil — a sacred, heart-opening plant known for its calming, spiritually uplifting, and mood-enhancing properties. This powerful blend of sound, energy and oil will help clear energetic blockages, realign your natural flow, and invite a sense of deep inner peace.
🪷 Guided Meditation – Drop into a deep state of calm, reconnect with your body, and quiet the mental noise.
🧠 Nervous System Education – Learn why your body tenses, how to let go, and practical tools for managing daily stress.

Andrea Salway is a therapist, nervous system specialist, and founder of Beyond Therapy and Root to Rise. She helps people release the tension they didn’t even realize they were holding, reconnect with their bodies, and breathe a little easier — both literally and figuratively.
With a unique blend of clinical experience and holistic modalities like Reiki, yoga, breathwork, and somatic healing, Andrea’s approach is grounded, intuitive, and soul-centered. She’s passionate about helping people break free from old patterns, reclaim their power, and reset their nervous systems.
