We’re painting the town Pink! Don your favorite pink apparel and flamingle with the live entertainment at Pink Flamingo Day. You’ll want to be festive while celebrating these iconic birds. Catch keeper chats, learn about conservation efforts, and get creative with flamingo crafts.

Become a Wildlife Explorer!
Once a month join John Ball Zoo for a unique opportunity to celebrate Earth’s biodiversity and learn how to take action in saving wildlife and wild places!

When you arrive, grab your Wildlife Explorer Passport. With your passport in hand, make your way to our Exploration Stations where you can learn more about animals, engage with interactive activities, and collect a badge for your passport. Each badge collected is an opportunity to enter to win prizes! Attend all of our Wildlife Exploration Days to complete your passport.
