Spring Forest Bathing Class

Join us as we explore the sights, sounds, and beauty of spring at our once monthly seasonal forest bathing class, hosted this June at Ken-O-Sha Park! 🌱

This relaxing 1-hour experience is led by Certified Forest Therapy Guide Katie Venechuk and focuses on stepping away from the hustle of day-to-day life for time to recharge in the peace of nature.

During this class, you'll be led in:

☀️ A grounding guided nature meditation

☀️ A short breathwork practice in the fresh forest air

☀️ A spring-themed forest bathing invitation to help you relax, keep connected to nature, and find alignment with the changing seasons

☀️ A closing community circle, where we’ll share a few words and enjoy time together among the trees

Essential oils for meditation and hot stone handwarmers are included (in the event of cold temps)
