Rye & Dine: Whiskey Pairing Dinner

Join us for a 5-course whiskey pairing dinner in Lumber Baron Bar, featuring four different rye whiskeys specially selected by Ruth’s Chris Steak House Lead Server, Kurt, and complementing courses by Chef Andy and his team from Ruth’s Chris Steak House.

• Wild Turkey’s Russell’s 6yr Rye paired with Gruyere Arancini - onion, cheese, smoked apple jam
• Sagamore Spirit Rye paired with Creole Agnolotti - andouille, sautéed vegetables, shrimp, robust cream sauce
• Sazerac Rye paired with Lamb & Halloumi Salad - arugula, red onion, cucumber, avocado, creamy basil, tomato vinaigrette drizzle
• New Riff Rye paired with Wagyu Beef Cheeks - rosemary polenta, roasted vegetables, red wine demi reduction
• Hazelnut Praline Dome - honeyed phyllo leaves
