New made-in-Michigan movie. Adapted from South Haven author Peter Ferry’s novel, "Old Heart." Sixty years after World War 2, Army Veteran Tom Johnson skips out on his family's plan to send him to assisted living and flies to the Netherlands to find the love of his life, translator Sarah van Praag.

Filmed in West Michigan with 23 local actors including Shelley Irwin, Thomas Williams, Diane Van Wesep, Shannon Huneryager and Jamelle Sargent, Old Heart (oldheartmovie.com) honors our veterans during the 80th anniversary of World War 2 European Liberation.
