We're nearing midsummer - join us to celebrate the turning of the seasons!
Reconnecting to the rhythms of nature helps us steady ourselves during challenging times and offers a richer, more expansive perspective of our lives and the world around us.
This is a beginner-friendly, full-spectrum class. We’ll work with spiritual practices such as meditation, yoga, breathwork (pranayama), wisdom teachings, and more to explore the depth that exists within our everyday experience.
Each gathering has a seasonally relevant theme with plenty of space for authentic conversation and healing connection. Come gather with like-minded community to slow down, breathe, and recharge.

✨The whole of Life has an intuitive rhythm - an intelligent unfolding - that can be felt and recognized within the deepest parts of ourselves when we allow the practices of curiosity, stillness, and awareness their proper place in our lives.
Perhaps the most direct way to access the abundant wisdom of nature is to observe the changing seasons throughout the cycle of a year - the sacred rhythm.✨
