In this fun and relaxed experience, youβll learn how to design and assemble a stunning charcuterie board from start to finish. Weβll cover everything from selecting the right flavor pairingsβsavory cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruit, nuts, spreads, and moreβto arranging them with style and balance.
But thatβs not allβthe class starts with a tasting of assorted cheeses, meats and other accompanimentsβ¦so come hungry!
