CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Hip Hop Yoga is where mindful movement meets high-energy vibes! This class blends the fluidity of yoga with the rhythm and intensity of hip-hop music, creating an experience that is both grounding and empowering. Flow through dynamic sequences, deep stretches, and powerful poses set to a curated playlist of hip-hop beats that will keep you moving and motivated. Whether you want to improve flexibility, build strength, or vibe out while you flow, Hip Hop Yoga brings a fresh, fun twist to your practice. All levels are welcome. Come ready to move, sweat, and flow to the beat!
