The Grand Rapids Symphony is reviving our most iconic and popular summer tradition, Family Fare Picnic Pops. Led by Pops Conductor Bob Bernhardt, Broadway favorites come to life with Tony Award-winning stars Sutton Foster and Kelli O’Hara. The celebrated duo will pay homage to icons of stage and screen, including Julie Andrews and Carol Burnett, as well as fan favorites from their Tony Award-winning and nominated shows. Foster and O’Hara will share lighthearted stories from their lives and careers in between numbers.
We are looking forward to welcoming everyone back for an exciting lineup featuring your Grand Rapids Symphony. Here’s what you need to know if you are coming to the Family Fare Picnic Pops:
Location: Millennium Park’s Secchia Meadows, 1415 Maynard Ave SW, Walker, MI 49534
Gates Open: 5:45 PM
Seating: Guests are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or blanket for seating.
Pre-Show: Each concert will feature an opening act.
Food & Drink: Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages can be brought in. Alcohol cannot be brought into the venue. It will be available for purchase on site.
Pets: For the safety and comfort of all attendees, pets are not permitted at these events. Service animals are welcome.
