EAT MY YARD! - Grand Rapids, Mi

You are invited to a very special and exciting foraging event where residence invite me to their yard to identify and forage DELICIOUS food already growing in their yard. In this edition we will visit a rambunctious yard just a mile North East of down town. There will be food and drink samples as well as living cooking demonstrations. We will discover common landscaping plants, garden "weeds", native plants, yard weeds and all things in between.

It's my passion to demonstrate to people the potential for our yards to be a haven for both wildlife, GOOD food, and herbal medicine.

Space is very limited.

Cost is $35 per person

This event is intended for Adults and engaged youth.

All participants will be required to sign a waiver to participate.

We will meet rain or shine. In the event of heavy rains or dangerous weather we have a rain date scheduled for Wednesday, May 21.
