Vibrational Therapy, also known as a Sound Bath or Sound Healing, is a therapeutic practice that uses sound frequencies to promote relaxation and balance. Instruments such as singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, and drums create vibrations that resonate with your body and energy field, helping to release tension, clear blockages, and restore harmony. This ancient practice is rooted in the understanding that everything in the universe, including the human body, vibrates at a specific frequency, and sound can be used to realign these frequencies for optimal well-being.
What to Expect:
A Sound Healing session immerses you in a meditative soundscape designed to guide you into a deeply relaxed state. During the session, I will use a variety of instruments to create vibrations that interact with your energy field and physical body. You will be invited to lie down or sit comfortably while the sounds wash over you. I may also combine this with other modalities, such as guided breathing or meditation, to enhance the experience. Sessions can be conducted in your home or at my North Dallas location, Entelechea. I usually ask patients to reserve a 2 to 3 hour black for this session to be at ease and in flow of what your being is seeking.
