Refresh & Restore Yogak

A gentle, midweek practice to unplug, stretch, and breathe.

This class offers a quiet space to release tension, reconnect with your breath, and feel supported—in your body and in community.

There will also be fresh herbal tea (I will bring ice too). Don’t forget a cup!
