You’ll wander the grounds, snipping your own hand-picked bouquet to take home. Then we move through a fun and playful, beginner-friendly nature-inspired yoga flow, fully guided with no experience needed, surrounded by beauty, grounding into the earth, and stretching under the open sky. 🪷
We melt into an extra-long savasana while being bathed in crystal bowl sound healing, letting every last bit of tension dissolve. Herbal tea will be waiting for you afterward to sip, savor, and soak in the magic. 🍵
