Come learn about Grand Lake’s NEW Space to Create live/work rental units! Whether you are a prospective resident, local creative or community member, we invite you to join us for these upcoming information sessions.

This information session will feature a sit-down presentation and deep dive into the leasing application process. You'll learn more about the facility, meet project leaders, ask questions and start preparing for the upcoming leasing period in March. Applications are being accepted March 16-22, 2026!
