First Friday Hikes

Join a local trail ambassador for FREE guided hikes on different sections of the Continental Divide Trail! These fun outings are suitable for all levels and offer the chance to explore the Grand Lake area trails and learn about local flora, fauna and history, as well as what it means to be a CDT Gateway Community.

Where – Participants will meet their guide at the Grand Lake Center (301 Marina Drive), where they can sign waivers, use the restroom, fill water bottles and carpool to a nearby trailhead.

When – Please meet at the Grand Lake Center at 8:45am. The hikes will take place roughly from 9:00am-11:00am, then return to the Center at between 11:30am-12pm.
