Yoga in the Park

Find your flow in the fresh air! Join us for outdoor yoga on the front lawn of The Historic Lowell School Building (310 N 7th St, GJ). Our classes are designed to be challenging and welcoming to various levels of yoga experience.

These classes are welcoming to caregivers and their babies (pre-walking), creating a space for you to practice while your little one is nearby. It is not a structured "Baby & Me" class, but a regular yoga class where babies are welcome.

A limited number of mats and props are available, so we encourage you to bring your own.
