Women’s Voice and Frame Drum Circle

You are invited to a Women's Voice and Frame Drum Circle, where we celebrate an age-old practice of drumming and singing in a supportive and empowering environment. Together we create a safe space to express ourselves creatively using our voices. We honor ourselves, the land, our lineage, our teachers, guides, the elements, our community. Bring an item like a picture, crystal, flower, herb, what you feel called. We will add this to the center of our circle that then you take back with you.
Our practice uses our drum companion along with vocal toning, with a focus on creative expression. Bring your medicine drums, rattles, bells, shakers and sound makers. If you don’t have a drum, I will have a drum for you.
Our host: Spiral Light Sound & Meditation Center is in a residential neighborhood. Once registered the address will be shared per their request.
