Whether you're just starting to explore your options or ready to take the plunge, this session will give you the knowledge and confidence you need to take the next step toward homeownership. This class is for teens and young adults and will discuss building and/or repairing credit, possible first-time-buyer programs including down payment assistance, and unique strategies for young buyers like enlisting the help of roommates to help pay your mortgage. I'm encouraging parents to bring their highschool and college age children 15 years and up.
