ELOTE EXTRAVAGANZA

How do you like your corn, or as we lovingly refer to it, elote? We'll have Olathe sweet corn cooked and prepared to your heart's desire, whether that's with mayo, cotija cheese, and a sprinkle of extra cheese for good measure, or just plain old butter and salt. It's going to be a corn-filled extravaganza, so mark those calendars for Sunday, August 17, 2025. We'll be open from 2pm-10pm and can't wait to serve you. 🌽
