Partners we are so happy to announce our 11th Annual tech expo!

Below you will find details about the expo, as well as an outline of the event format.

ABOUT THE EVENT

This is the 11th year AV Experts is conducting a very hands-on event with our customers and customers to be. Think about a focused InfoComm show in a smaller setting with end customers as the target audience.

Our Guests - I.T. Directors, CEO’s, Town Managers/City Clerks, Architects, General Contractors, and other decision makers.

Verticals - K-12 education, Higher Education, Healthcare, Government, Corporate, and design/contracting

Our guests attend this expo to interact with the products and discuss upcoming projects. These are qualified customers, some are existing, some are new. Existing clients add-on to existing sales and new clients are looking to fulfill needs and create budgets for future projects. Anticipated attendance is between 50 and 100 participants.

We will have 4 Independent Rooms for a more independent and focused demo.

VENDORS

Booths - $100.00 includes a 10x10 booth with power, an 8- foot rectangular table with a black table covering

Independent Rooms -$200 Each has power with 2 rectangular tables and black table covers-Wifi is available.

Food Sponsorship Opportunity - $500/each - Two (2) food sponsorships are available and include a vendor display table. Email us to discuss this opportunity.

1 Drink Sponsor at $250.00

11:00 am General Guests

2:00 pm Booths close

2:30pm Booth Tear Down

Booths Must be paid for by August 8th with no Exceptions.
