Kid’s Halloween Yoga

Halloween is one of my favorite times of the year! It’s an opportunity to unleash our creativity, a large component of our yoga practice. Join us for a fun themed class for the whole family to get into the spirit! We’ll crawl like spiders, roll like pumpkins breathe like banshees and maybe even come up some with poses of our own! Everything will get tied in together with some engaging songs and games to show how fun mindfulness can be. And it all leads us into peace at the end. Costumes encouraged.
