Celebrating Caregivers

For the entire month of May, CountryHouse is recognizing the heart, patience, and strength it takes to care for someone living with dementia. We’re accepting nominations and will deliver small surprises to selected local caregivers—just to say, “We see you, and we appreciate you.”

If you know someone providing care to a loved one with memory loss, nominate them for a little love and recognition! Caregivers may be spouses, adult children, close friends, or neighbors—anyone offering regular care and support. Click the link below to nominate someone special.

Please submit nominations for caregivers who live within approximately 45 miles of our community. We’ll surprise a select number of caregivers with goodies just for them!
