Intention Setting Workshop

This workshop is designed to help you get clear on your goals and create a plan for achieving them. We’ll be using a combination of guided meditation, reflective journaling prompts, and community discussion to help identify core values, clarify your intentions, and start to create a plan of purposeful action to turn intention into reality.

This event is hosted by Nina and is sliding-scale (suggested $10-20)
