FREE yoga class for Nurses & Caretakers

Each Saturday, we spotlight a different service profession-teachers, healthcare workers, mental health professionals, first responders, and more. These honored guests are invited to attend class for free as a small thank you for their dedication to our Sangha (community).

Everyone is welcome-whether to move, breathe, or simply show their appreciation!

Do you need to pre-register for class?
• We highly recommend it - we are a small studio and there is limited space. Pre-register here: https://sanghahaus.as.me/sanghasaturdays

Not sure your profession falls under one of the categories?
• We bet you do! You're more than welcome to reach out to ask.

What is the cost if l am not a member of the honored service profession?
• Drop-in cost: $12 or use your monthly membership

Can't make it this time?
• We're rotating through the professions, so we'll see you next time!
