Alignment: Restorative Ritual

Slow down and listen to the quieter parts of yourself. We’ll flow through a deeply restful yoga, drift into yoga nidra, and close with tarot-inspired journaling and conversation. Hosted by Kelsey.

We have yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, pops and eye masks. Feel free to bring anything else that brings comfort. Please arrive by 3:45 p.m.

Kelsey will have home-made felt covered journals for sale.
