🏃‍♂️ The Grand Forks 10 is one of the most enjoyable small-town 10-mile races in the U.S.! Our course highlights some of the best parts of Grand Forks—Downtown, UND Campus, and the scenic Greenway. Choose between the full 10 miles or the 10K option!

🎊 The fun doesn’t stop there! This weekend celebration of running (August 22–23, 2025) also features our fan-favorite Friday Night Beach Party 5K! Everyone is welcome—whether you’re racing, cheering, or just there for the vibe. So what are you waiting for? 🎟️ Secure your spot today!
