Mia’s strength lies in building structures and systems that help teams work better together—always with an eye toward fairness, equity, individual strengths and collective results. At heart, she’s a Kootenay local who cares about helping businesses and communities in the Kootenays grow stronger through smart hiring and team development.
Mia has built a home and a life in the Kootenays and enjoyed raising her three children here, living the dream – skiing, paddle boarding, gardening and practicing yoga while developing a successful career.
